3.4 Revocation of your consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

3.5 Right to object to data processing in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 (1) (E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website.

4.3 Enquiries by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry, application documents if applicable) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose no longer applies; mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

5 Website security: Wordfence

To protect this website against attacks, we use the WordPress security plugin Wordfence. The provider is Defiant, Inc., 800 5th Ave Ste 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA. The firewall runs on our server and checks requests to the website; in doing so it processes in particular IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and the time of access. To keep its protection up to date, the plugin connects to Defiant’s servers; in this process, data such as IP addresses of attackers may be transmitted to the USA. The use is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website against attacks. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses. Further information: wordfence.com/privacy-policy.

6 Instagram

On our home page we show our latest Instagram posts. The images are retrieved by our server and stored and delivered on our own server. When you view the website, no connection is established to Instagram or Meta. Only when you click on a post or our profile name will you be taken to Instagram, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. From that point on, Instagram’s privacy policy applies: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.

Links to the Instagram, Facebook or IMDb profiles of the actors and actresses are plain links. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click on them.

This website uses the fonts Poppins and Quicksand. They are stored on our own server and loaded from there. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established.
