Liability for contents
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) DDG and general law. According to Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose contents we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their contents.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The contents and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Photographs are credited to the respective photographers.
Insofar as the contents on this site were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please let us know. As soon as we become aware of infringements, we will remove such contents immediately.
